I didn't receive mail from kcc now,because of my documents
what should I do

Wofoy I have now gotten my passport and am trying to fill my form but upon completely part 1 I then hit continue but they said it cannot be reached ,is it the network or they no more accept new entry. Today's date is 3rd November 2021.
