You are not the only one going through an emergency! There are many people in same or worse situations! If they tell you help is on the way and hang is not because they are being mean! 🙉🙉🙉 ...on the other hand...Parents who call 911 just because you little rascal doesn’t eat or is having a bad behavior STOP PUTTING LIVES IN DANGER and start being a parent!!!!!!!!!

I know this was released some time ago but this still gives me chills. You never know what could happen next. I graduated high school and was a senior when all this happened (not at this high school, just in school in general) and it was a hot topic at our school. It was constantly talked about and it was something that was never left alone as it should be. I graduated high school with relief that I wouldn’t have to worry about a school shooting. But you know what? On Friday evening, my college (fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan) had an active shooter on campus. I was in my dorm across the street. Luckily it wasn’t a dangerous gun and nobody was hurt but our block was shut down for awhile and the police and bomb squad shut the whole school down. Fucking nuts. This stuff is serious and it doesn’t seem like a coincidence that this sick kid (who was in my major by the way) decided to pull this the same month columbine happened all those years ago. Whether you’re in college, high school, elementary school, wherever... ya students will never seem to be safe. What is to be done? Rip to all of these teenagers and adults who lost their lives and may their families, friends, and those traumatized and those who were injured, find peace

Tia Hawsworth: My heart goes out to the victims and thier families.
But it also goes out to Nicholas the
      shooter. Bullying must stop!!!
      With how aggressive and trigger
happy most cops are I am happy that they did take longer to get there.
It helped keep Nicholas from getting shot. Instead he was arrested and taken into custody peacefully.
Had they shown up too quick some
trigger happy cop likely would have
shot him the minute they got there.
Taking longer helped defuse the situation, and he was able to give himself up safely.
I don't believe Nicholas was faking mental illness.
I believe he suffered from ( and still
does) severe mental illness and was
( and still is ) of diminished capacity.
He was not responsible for his actions.
People with obsessive thoughts or voices in thier mind have no control over them.
He should be in a Mental Health Facility getting therapy that he so desperately needs.
Not going to prison for the rest of his life.
I hope and 🙏 pray Nicholas Cruz gets the mental health help he needs.
