  • There’s no single one thing that will be a magic bullet for all migraine management. It just doesn’t exist.
You guys ask me every single day ‘ what is the best XYZ for vestibular migraine?’
My answer is exactly the same every single time : “ it does not exist!!!”
So, what do you do? This is the answer that no one likes, but is the actual reality of the situation. You need to use trial and error. You need to try multiple different things combined with each other. Some things will work for you, and others will not.
The only way you can know if something is going to work is if you try it !
Exercise is one of those things!! You neeeeeeed to move your body. That can feel scary and unsafe, especially at first!
