It goes much further and deeper than these attacks. The justifications are a part of psychological warfare from the naive and bitter. If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure

CNN and BBC showed a video of the small missile actually striking the hospital. It looked like a Ukrainian SS-300 anti-aircraft missile falling back to earth after missing its target. Why doesn't WSJ-News show this? Are they afraid people will see the truth?

Nope, it was a Kh-101. Turbofan engine visible on back, damage is much higher than what an AIM-120 can do, rounder nose like that of a 101, and one video managed to pick up its sound just before it hit. Its a Kh-101. Plus they've found Kh-101 fragments.

If Zelensky honored the Minsk agreement and pledged neutrality, none of this would have happened. The 8 year civil war would have ended and Donbas would have remained part of Ukraine. War is the ultimate failure
