I have watched the entire Data structures playlist consisting of 112 videos as of 11th June 2020 and I can say by far she is one of the best teachers on the planet after studying from several professors from my university and several other online course platforms. Also, I would request her (if possible) to make another course on "Algorithm Design and Analysis" since this one of the chapter most students need for college exams, placements and competitive coding.
God, this material is pure gold. Finally someone takes all the cases, including deleting the root and borrowing from both the sibling and the root when an internal node has not the minimum number of keys. I totally understood. Thank you so so much! The best video on the topic 💗 I'm saving it for later.
Awesome covering of all the cases in just one example. No teacher on RUclips has covered all these cases even in different videos but you have covered them in single video.ThankYou enough for teaching this well and saving our time .
Today I passed all my oral exams and now I'm finally done with school... Thanks to you I learned how the different Tree's work. Thank you so much. Btw. you're really pretty :') haha
I LOVE YOU!!!! I have Data Structure exam tomorrow and this video helps me understand b-tree deletion in under 30 minutes! I have struggled a whole day and this video solved it immediately. Thank you so much☺☺☺.
wow mam, thankyou so much. I bet there's no video on youtube that would have covered each and every cases of deletion as you did in this video. Hats Off!
Do you know jenny ? I have known about your channel just 2 month before when i had a exam on that i had data structure exam on revision in my college....from that day since i am consequently watched out your video ... When ever i have a data structure exam i m not go through the text books just i will see your video only thanks you so much ....
I thought I can skip some minutes of videos but every time a new case came for deletion...you taught every case of deletion in one tree explantion..Thank you so much Mam..
I watched several videos regarding deletion in B Tree, but in no videos, no one covered all test cases. You covered all of them. It is really great and Thank you so much, ma'am.
This is one of the trickiest topics in B+Trees , which is explained beautifully . Could you also explain the DB indexing with B+Trees. Numericals are asked from this only.
Pls provide us the theory part too so that it will be easy for us during the examination mam Thank you for making the video which make really helpful for us to learn on daily basis I surely spend time on watching your videos before going to that particular topic or concepts that makes me more confident about the topic thanks a lot for motivating me... You are the one of my favorite lecturer's mam
I've one day left for my data structures exam so I'm watching all the videos at 1.5x speed. I'll update the marks. Previously I scored 26/50 in mid terms hope to get in 80s this time in sem exam
madam thank you so much for covering all the cases within one video and one tree , it is crystal clear now . It easy really helpful for students like us.
The rules are simple: In a leaf, delete the designated element. In an internal node, replace the designated element with the next greater or the next smaller element (if you can, remove it from a node with > floor(m/2) elements; otherwise it doesn't matter). Now if there's a node (leaf or otherwise) with fewer than floor(m/2) elements ("a deficient node"), first try to take one from an immediate sibling via the parent node or, if you can't because the immediate siblings have exactly floor(m/2) nodes, merge the deficient node with its immediate sibling (either one) while interpolating their common parent element into the newly created node. Repeat until there are no more deficient nodes.
OMG i totally understand all the possible cases, and you only used 1 tree to explain all the cases! THANKYOU
