Hi. Yes you can. Some courses are in korean others in english. Go to the PNU website and check the language the major is taught it. For tuition am not sure because am on scholarship

hi, yes. the dormitory fee incudes the cafeteria. during language year you get 3 meals. and its 2 /3 meals according to what you choose
