Hey P Cat wanted to say that in times where you are Law Enforcement you can at any time a person attempts to evade you, resist you or in any way be non-compliant you can also add disturbing the peace ( under crimes against peace officer or law enforcement). Herein is the explanation- as a law enforcement you are tasked with upholding the peace of the public, at any given time some one decides to resist that while being detained, attempted to be detained and even eluding or attempting to evade is disturbing the peace of the public. Figured I would toss some information your way though I am certain you already knew.
