Purelines is a progeny of parent.both parents should be in homozygous state like tall×tall ,it produce tall baby.in drawf ×dwarf ,it produces drawf baby.so that conclusion is both parents and off spring have same genotype and also same phenotype.

Like imagine 50 babies are born all have one type of genotype or phenotype same as that of parents

In case of cross of TT×tt ,you will get Tt .so it is not pureline offspring bcoz u got heterozygous
