I’m having problems with my fury AB setup it’s setup and set to custom curve I know my rifle shoots at 2690 fps with the 147 eld-m was calling for 28 moa up and I had to ajust to 34moa to hit the target..
Do you have any plans to add more storage for additional profiles? And can you load a profile directly from the applied ballistics app?

I have a question and suggestion for the Fury HD application for the Vortex Fury HD 5000 AB binoculars.
Why are there no temperature, pressure, humidity parameters in the individual rifle profile settings for firearm data? These parameters are very important for calculating the input of sight corrections from zero to measuring the distance to the target.
Will these options be added to the Fury HD app in an app update?
Please please can you get an AB custom curve added for the 7mm hornady 180gr eldm!! Very popular bullet.
Does AB work for Airguns? I have a FX Impact with .22 barrel
Am I missing something or how do you adjust for altitude changes? I can be hunting at 5000 feet elevation in the morning and 11000 feet that afternoon,, that makes a huge difference in settings at longer ranges
In the firearms portion of the profile you can change the altitude to see how that effects your DOPE.
@Vortex Optics I'm not seeing the ability to adjust the altitude in the app.
I own the vortex fury and the numbers are not showing up I went and got brand new battery and they still don't show up
If you pair a kestre with the Fury will it automatically input the windage and display the correct hold over or do you manually and to input the wind
Yes, if the Fury HD ABs are connected to a Kestrel it will pull the wind information and display the correct hold.
@@VortexOpticsUSA will the fury hd 5000 without abs display the same elevation and wind holds if connected to a kestrel 5700 elite and uses all of the kestrel data just seeing the best option for the money
@@chrissanchez8324 The regular Fury HD 5000 does not have the ability to pair up with a Kestrel. Only the AB model does.
If a bullet is not in the library, is it possible to manually insert the the weight, coefficient etc. for that bullet?
Absolutely! You would simply toggle Load Type filter from "Factory" to "Custom". You can then manually input all of the data.

How to enter the zeroing environment data?
That would be entered in the Fury HD App
@@VortexOpticsUSA Hmmm... I am unable to find it in the App. I only see fields for bullet info, firearm data, and mv-temp data. Zeroing weather should have temp, humidity, pressure under which the cartridge was sighted in. Really hope Fury 5000ab has this option.

@@VortexOpticsUSA Thanks for the response and the email exchange. Unfortunately, the screenshot you kindly provided had no relevance to my question. The option of entering zeroing weather does not seem to be available.
@@annship1427 It does not have the ability to log your initial zero weather data. We'll certainly pass the feedback along though! We would recommend recording this data in your DOPE book.

Sooooooooo frustrating! I hate it! Im about to sell mine! The type of people purchasing these aren't the type that are computer literate. I can't figure this out for the life of me. I've got a box of ammunition sitting here I've got my gun sitting here I've got my binoculars sitting here I've got my app on and it's such a pain in the ass! G1 vs g7 ??? Wtf one do i choose when both are listed on the ammo box
The type of people that should be buying these should be tech savvy or at the very least ballistics savvy. If you just want a ranging bino get the regular Fury.
I know this is a little late, but when you select your bullet in the Firearms menu, you should select the third option which is the "AB" choice that is under G1 and G7. They sort of glossed over the reason for that in the videos I've watched. Essentially you're using Applied Ballistics own data when you choose that option.
