Greek-Style Yogurt Marinated Chicken with Olives & Tomatoes

- This is a very easy and scrumptious recipe for Greek style marinated chicken with olives & tomatoes. This Greek inspired recipe takes about an hour or so from start to finish but only tastes like it took 4 days to make. The deep flavours of the marinade on the chicken pair perfectly with the briny contrast of the Kalamata olives and feta. Serve this with pasta, rice or fresh crusty Greek bread and you have a winner-winner-chicken-dinner for sure!!! Try it today, love it forever....

Can you believe that here in Costa Rica, they don't grow yellow lemons? They're nubby and green, so no zest, but the juice is good. Good olive oil is pricey... I should have moved to Greece... Had to add a couple of grated cloves of garlic to the marinade though.
