Good tutorial video for the Sew Station. Some hardwares parts in my shipment are different from what is in the video and instruction book (size of screws, names of screws, types of standard hinges).

My four black wheel screws are not in the packaging. What size machine screws do I need and the length please, so I can pick them up at my local hardware store to complete the build. Thank you in advance.

My machine lift seems a little wobbly and it's hard to get the center table level.

Where do I begin here... First, the paper instructions are terrible. They are missing details such as what direction to point the hinges. The motor in our kit is not the same as what is described in the paper instructions. On top of that, the button module that you put on the under side of the table is not only different than the one that is depicted on the paper instructions, but is also different than the one they have in this video. Ours splits off into two cables (one for power and the other for the control of the lift) directly at the button module and not at the motor, but they didn't send a cable that was long enough, so I had to look up the manufacturer/model of the power supply and find an extension cable that would work. Additionally, if you put the control module too close to the front, it will collide with the door if you try to close it. But where else do you put it? We decided on a left hand setup, but the pre-tapped holes for the cable guides are not there (it is not mirrored to allow you to do a left side setup with the same expectations) to allow you to easily ensure that the cables to the module are nicely tucked out of the way. Speaking of the door, the holes that you would push the screws through to attach the handle were not tapped either, so I had to tap them myself. Finally, the lift came with these rubber grommets that are on the top and bottom of the unit. In this video, he installs a lift that doesn't have them. I managed to get them in with the grommets, but it was sketchy since these things are made of what looks like MDF and could break if you give a little too much force. No consistency between the paper instructions, this video, and what you get when it is delivered.
Bottom line is that this company should fire their entire QA department and whoever is responsible for documentation.
Save your money on this one folks.
We dont get these in Australia what can i do?
We hope to be able to ship there someday! I'm not sure if there are companies local to you that make similar furniture.
