This song has so many metaphors and references and so underrated. You should watch his documentary, I think is called "A Tour Around The World." But in this masterpiece he references to people in the verse that goes: "In the middle of the ocean I survive without a raft." That's referring to the little Cuban boy that survived on a raft; fleeing his country with his mather who perished with the others in the middle of the ocean and he is also referencing the little Syrian boy that washed up ashore trying to escape a war torned country.

This song is speaking from the point of view of war as if war was talking. Then explains the weaknesses of war, and they're real refugees by the way!
