Saw her perform this in Jacksonville, Oregon. It is a privilege to see Jewel live. She is the best storyteller as a performer I have ever seen. If you get a chance to see her, go, it is worth it. She is amazing.
I remember listening to Jewel sing "You Were Meant For Me",,, that's when I thought, "Holy cow this girl has such a beautiful voice! And then years later I got totally hooked on "Alaska the Great Frontier". I was delighted to see she's a Kilcher! I know one thing for sure,,, her father true Adores her.
