I am Reading an article in which they propose split-half test, both Spearman-Brown or Guttman, as alternatives to conventional test-retest when testing the stability of a set of items in a questionnaire.

Thank you for this lecture, it was very helpful! One question: how can I calculate reliability of an attentional test, where participants fulfilled different numbers of tasks/items? Do I just put zero to the items that were not completed or I leave it blank and then calculate split-half odd/even? Wish you well !!
