    I mean, I guess everyone has SOMETHING to learn… no matter how good you are.
    Here we go;…
    Firstly It appears that everything was very Nicely and nearly perfectly planned, measured, cut, assembled flawlessly, and then FAILED at the finish line with the installation!!!
    Before I mention any critique at all, I’d like to make clear that the intention of this comment is not of malice or ego, but instead, my intention is to share knowledge. For the betterment of all.
    Now, Not many men would ever see this to even be an “issue” so it’s not to take anything away from your skill-set, but when it comes to matching the level of skill that you’ve displayed & executed everywhere else in this particular jamb extension / trim build & installation, there’s just ONE thing I can say to enhance your level of knowledge to have a consistent level of execution from beginning to end.
    Here’s the golden egg; whenever shooting brad nails or staples into wood, it’s always best, near invisible and certainly most aesthetically pleasing to shoot the head of the nail so that it runs long-ways WITH THE GRAIN…. Not perpendicular or diagonally across the grain…
    if you’ve ever been bothered by shooting a brad nail into something BEAUTIFULLY BUILT or crafted to notice you had small chips lift from the finished surface,.. TRY THIS METHOD ONE TIME, assess the outcome, & I guarantee you’ll take a few final seconds of each installation to make sure you never deviate from this method.
    To all my fellow perfectionists; YOU’RE WELCOME 🫡🤙🏻💪🏻💯✅😎
    To be perfectly clear for the slower readers and guys like me who like hands on experience to access knowledge,… here’s a play by play;
    You’re brad nailer sets nail heads, running long-ways, perpendicular to the line of your nail gun from tip to the bottom of the handle…
    SO, if nailing into your TOP or BOTTOM piece of trim, hold your brad nailer straight up and down in line with your body while standing straight up,… this will set the brad nail head parallel with the grain of the wood… In the most beautiful damn way you’ve EVER seen! Lol 😉😝
    If you still don’t get it, you probably wasted your time reading this and I can’t draw you a picture so good luck 😆
