I dislike how every Zero Escape after 999 refuses to give Aoi credit for the stuff he set up for Akane. He worked hard and did everything he could to help her, but all the sequels would like us to remember is what Akane herself put in and how much she suffered, when he suffered right alongside her. Anyway, haunting animation, love the minimalism and focus on the colour red for Zero, very nice.
Dude my partner has been watching me play the games, we just got done with VLR, and before I found out who Zero was in that game I was so sure that it was Aoi again. Like I declared it multiple times.
The credit to Aoi is on the secret section on Vlr series, ZTD use scenes, however. It is still hard to remember what they say because of the automatic anime kind of like that

I love the experimental art style! Akane is such a deep and intricate character so it's always great to get more content of her! :D
Oh this is lovely! I especially love the framing at 0:32 - the way Santa is looking at us, and how Ace slowly turns red, it gave me chills!!
