Been a gardener for about 7 years, just purchased the ego combi tool and mower. Absolutely amazing! No more vibration, loud noise, or exhaust fumes. The tools work just as well as, maybe better than petrol alternatives!
I switched my trimmers and blowers out for Ego 3 years ago no regrets. They also have great Customer service. I can't wait for the zero turn. Thanks for showing us the Ego Vince.
An ego trimmer has been apart of my trimming jobs since 2017. .... Never regretted it a single day. I ise it on all my short bushes and hedges. It weighs less than my old gas echo and noise is so low. Recently i added the chainsaw and within two small jobs it made me over $1200 bucks. Next up i want to get the attachment one with long reach trimmmer, pole saw, edger and tiller. This product is worth every penny invested. Customers sometimes underestimate the performance of the equipment until they see it in action.
I made the jump this year and I don't regret it for a second. Looking forward to my two stage snowblower preorder. I'm not going to hurt my back shoveling snow this year!
A great video. The EGO battery powered products are truly a Great bang for the buck with quality. My experience is 25+years as a owner for OPE Lawn Equipment ( I sold the dealership in 2018 / the price was right ). This Marine was always honest with my customers; so, when they saw and asked me about the Stihl Battery Products at the store; I had to be upfront on my opinion because it is about " People before Profits; " thus I would recommend the " EGO Battery Products. " Example: the Stihl BGA 85 with AP300 battery and charger is @ $549.85 vs an EGO with battery and charger @ $ 300.00....OH YEA!
I have the EGO mower, the modular base with the pole saw and edger attachments, the 530 leaf blower, the string trimmer and the hedge trimmer. Waiting on my EGO power station to show up today, which I'm mainly planning to use to power my CPAP machine in case of power outages, but I'm think it will come in handy for backyard get-togethers once those become safe again.
EGO is a TRAP! Whichever piece of gear you decide to buy first will have you eventually wanting to fill your garage with all of em. Freakin love my EGO mower. Just bought the carbon fibre trimmer. Now I want the leaf blower 😫
I fell in the same trap and love it. I've seen my neighbors with them now too lol. I love the carbon trimmer, but i wish you could put the attachments on it because I need an edger.
I was mad at your comment, then I wasn't. (: Mower, snowblower, string trimmer, AND I'm currently powering my bike with a 7.5Ah battery pack, adapter by Minne Motors. Keeping my eyes peeled for a good price on the 10Ah.
I have two blowers, an electric power station "generator" for my RV, and a snow blower. ALL work GREAT! And of course, they ALL work off the same batteries. One of my leaf blowers has a back pack mount for the battery..... and the blower "wand" is attached to the back pack. That way I can load up a heavy 7.5 battery and have plenty of power to do both the front and back yards without having to replace the battery. Also, because the "wand" is attached on to the back back with a pipe extension, it's a lot easier on my arm and back because the weight of the wand is supported on my back.
I have this Mower and their carbon fiber shaft string trimmer I love it. I have their hedge trimmer, their edger, their blower. I love Ego’s products. They changed the indicator on their battery so that you can monitor how much juice you have on your battery. I have the previous battery unfortunately but oh well.
Purchased that string trimmer this week. Couldn't return it fast enough. Wanted to like it but couldn't. Clockwise spin Can't feather the trigger. Shuts off or full throttle meaning you can't work around delicate plants.
I'm glad you had the U tube demo. I didn't know you had a dummy load for my regular hedge trimmer and blower that allowed me to carry the battery in a back pack. I'll order one this week. I love my EGO tools.
I have the mower and am amazed by what it can do. Sounds like my kids power wheel when using the drive feature. The no gas is a plus. Last year though we had wet heavy snow that only my Honda HS828 could barely handle but it did. Broke a lot of Bolts the ego did not perform at all in those conditions. Hope to see a more powerful snowblower as I really like not having to do maintenance, having to burn gas by starting my snow blower after a winter so the gas doesn’t go stale. Even with a stabilizer that fuel gums up.
I have the mower, trimmer, blower, and edger and have been using them for over two years and have zero complaints. Everything works great and I don’t have to buy and store gas. I’m really curious about the riding mower that they will Introduce in 2021.

Like everyone else, I HATED winding the string, and especially when I thought I was done, but then I’d tap the head for a string feed, nothing would come out so I’d have to redo it! The EGO string trimmer does my whole property (typical 10k sq ft lot) easily on the 2.5ah battery. The blower came with the 5.0ah battery, and it lasts long enough to blow my heavy leaves in the fall. VERY impressive. Next, I’m getting the 1” cut capacity hedge trimmer. I can’t wait to use it on my boxwoods and decorative lirope grass in the elevated flowerbeds.
I was in the market for a nice blower to remove water and especially dust/sand off my car at the port. I initially bought the rigid 18v blower. Let’s just say it was not powerful enough at all. Please i have been asking for several years, Ego needs to make a quality power rake! I can’t stand using a cord as Greenworks power rake dominates the power rake market currently.
Tank Vue I can’t imagine doing a full acre property with that brush, it would take forever! Not to mention how hard that would be on your arms and shoulders/ lower back trying to do the work. Wish i could have a chat with the engineers and designers at Ego, they are missing out on a golden opportunity to over take Bluebird gas powered power rakes.

3. A problem with the batteries it freezes or won’t charge and one last that long with 7.5 A only 5000 ft.² yards you can cut:(
4. And I have fescue grass I cut like 4.5 inches :) and when I cut the grass front wheels Digs grass in and i’m on second day that grass raise up and you can see the stripes tall :(
5. The mower it’s sow light one pass can float on top of the grass second pass can go down with the same settings you can see the difference :(
6. The mower is so tiny I have 1600 square-foot yard taking me one hour and a half to finish with one pass if I’m doing double pass takes over two hours :( and you have to do a double pass because of those stripes :( because of the tiny wheels digs that grass in :( oh and it doesn’t have an enough suction to suck the grass back out with the blades :(
7. Not enough RPMs or not enough vacuum to lift the grass up from the ground. :(
8. The bottoms for self propel the end of the cutting your yard you have hands A Ssort they’re too tiny and you have to squeeze the hands too tight :(
EGO Mower they need to fix dthese issues :(
We want a 2 stage snow blower for us Canadian who have actual winters storms.
Blower last 20 min top on high
Please i have been asking for several years, Ego needs to make a quality power rake! I can’t stand using a cord as Greenworks power rake dominates the power rake market currently.
youtube ego bristle brush
Tank Vue I can’t imagine doing a full acre property with that brush, it would take forever! Not to mention how hard that would be on your arms and shoulders/ lower back trying to do the work. Wish i could have a chat with the engineers and designers at Ego, they are missing out on a golden opportunity to over take Bluebird gas powered power rakes.
Most people don’t spend the time to mow while grass is dry so they do it when it’s wet and it will cause problems
Looking into the ego systems myself going away from gas. Was waiting to see if Milwaukee would come out with lawn mower before I get the ego lol
When will EGO come out with a riding lawn mower ?
Stay tuned!
2021
What kinda boots is he wearing?
How to get in Europe ,Romania?,i wan’t to buy it...thanks...
Maaann I bought into the Echo cordless line a few years ago. Have the hedge trimmer and the Mower. The batteries are jus not to the level of Ego, not even in the same ball park. Will have to save up my pesos and get into this line! 🍻🍻
WHAT ABOUT VACCUM EGO?? POWER WASHER EGO???
Did I miss it, where were the new tools for 2020?...everything shown here was/is available all year 2019 and has a ton of reviews all over RUclips of them
I am wanting to pull the trigger on a lawnmower. Any reviews I see these are always on top. Everything EGO seems awesome.
I love my leaf blower, weed eater and trimmer but I get sick of replacing those batteries at $150 each every 2 years.
