Let's go! Part 2 of the Mewtwo ex! It's always going to be hard to argue against the Magneton/Delcatty engine in this format. It simply works at every level and its self sustainable. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if Mewtwo ex could have been used as rogue deck that could do well against Crobat HL or Gardevoir ex due to its speed early game and typing. But as you pointed out, it falls on the late game in hp (and in damage, the more the format continues). Unfortunately that's tale of the Ruby/Sapphire ex.
