Thank God Arishem picked the Eternals who were nice and got relatively positive experiences living on Earth. Imagine if he picked someone like Druig or Sprite.
The Celestials in the comics always left me in awe by their appearance and capabilities and I think Eternals captured that. Seeing Arishem appear beyond the clouds like that gave me goosebumps

The avengers would walk straight into death without iron man or captain America or even the hulk. Not really? We know that there are mystic aliens in guardians 2 so there’s probably anomalous life all over the galaxy. Most hero’s up to this point are just genetically enhanced. The only real being of note I can think of is Wanda and she’s basically just a sorcerer on steroids.
My favorite part was that when Arishem teleported away he created a black hole or singularity which means they used a semi realistic view of how an object could instantaneously disappear from existence with the use of a black hole which is known to swallow objects and sometimes spit them out somewhere else
Yeah in the comics dark phoenix is able to teleport by collapsing into itself similarly to how a wormhole would be created. So the celestials (another race of cosmic beings) would be able to do the same thing.
@@antoniofaulkner2423 you gotta love when they use something for how you could realistically explain teleportation while still having that comic silliness in there
@@wadewillson9220 No. The celestials are a race of cosmic beings who dwarf planets in size. I could hear the BW Megatron in the “Judgement,” this character is easily the best part of the film and the fact David Kaye voices him elevates him so much more
Somewhat yes. Most beings use the jump drive, and the space stone provides it. So having the ability at will does make you a formidable foe. And also the fact of being as big as a planet improves that fact by quite a margin.

I think Arishem hold her. You can see that in the beginning of this clip Sersi eyes glow yellow and she face towards the sky as if she was already been hold from the start.
And this is why I love this movie. In none of the other Marvel movies do I feel like an ant. I mean seriously the Celestials are on a whole 'nother level. Now all we need is a movie with nothing but them and throw in some Aspirants and the God killer Armor for a great story about the first firmament and creation/ destruction of prior universes and the cherry on top would be Galactus chowing down on knowwhere , leave out all the human bs bullets and love story and now you would have a great story.
and that proves endgame was a bad movie when looking at what it should have been. Thanos was THE strongest being in the entire universe, only a handfull of multiversal beings could have won against him, and since the stones are gone there will never be anyone as powerfull as he was. Yet it felt small, the heroes actually fought him on way too even ground instead of being treated like the ants they are compared to him. Even the Celestial are nothing but ants compared to the stones complete power. In the final battle of endgame in the comics you have thanos fighting both the manifestation of time/matter/anything in between aswell as ALL of the celestials. and eventhough they are throwing literal galaxys whose size is bigger then the milkyway at Thanos, he barley breaks a sweat before removing them from existence only for Thanos to assume the role of literal God(He became time/matter/everything in between, the whole known universe being nothing more then 1 of his fingers.
