This actually already exists too in a Modpack Called "Speev's Industrial Revolution" there's a weather mod that has Tornado's that will destroy the terrain by lifting blocks, grass, mobs etc off the ground, and even drag you in, and throw you up in the twister.
It's really scary, and fun. Although as a result you have to build underground more, to avoid your house getting shredded

Imagine making a puzzle where you face in a direction (e.g north) and a button is a few blocks away from u, facing the same direction as you.
There’s a wall between you and the button so u cant just turn around and shoot it
The only way to hit the button is by shooting an arrow and getting it pushed by 2 winds at the button
