The Mariners retained a lot of their top prospects after the trade deadline! The MLB pipeline reranks will be out soon and we wanted to get ahead of the curve. The Mariners should have a consensus top 10 farm system in all of baseball and this is how we ranked the top 30 prospects.

Polo and Garver have 2 years left on their deals, we got Young and Ford in our farm due to come up next year and JP has 3 years left where we got Emerson due, I think there's a plan to improve our infield long term with the veteran band-aid types and then our top prospects, hope we can keep drafting well

Not sure when this was recorded but I don't think it was mentioned unless I missed it, Felnin celesten had season ending surgery to repair the wrist injury. Season was almost done so really not too big of a deal, hopefully he comes back well healed next year!!

Keith Law now has Michael Arroyo as the Mariners number 3 prospect behind only Emerson and Celesten. Not sure he's somebody the Mariners want to trade at this point.
Maybe package Montez and Ford in the offseason and get a star bat in the line up.
I really like Harry Ford and hope we don't end up trading him.

Ford could replace Garvers role when his contract is up, would give Cal more DH days and likely extend his career, while preparing Ford to become the catcher of the future

I should go to more Aquasox games. It's only 40 minutes away. I don't wanna go down to the 💩 hole that is Seattle. So I should go to Aquasox games and see these guys before they get the call-up. Last couple times I went (~6yrs ago) I got the whole teams signatures. Probably all with other organizations or out of the league now.
