Ben, you are not distinguishing between FB biz page vs. FB Personal page. You just ASSUME people know a "page" is a business page. That is not helpful or true. Therefore, This didn't answer my question.

The page will be a place where people in the neighborhood can go to connect with people with similar interests, and throw up posts announcing they are going to get together... say people who like to garden, or road bike, or hike etc. I'd like this FB page to have sub groups with in it for each interest group. Is that possible? I tried using guides but that doesn't seem to work.. it seems only the group admin can post on a guide, members of the group can comment in a guide but that's it. Members can't say "Hey I'm going golfing Saturday anybody want to come?" Is there some other way to accomplish subgroups within a facebook group page. Again sorry post this here...I can't seem to find another resource.
One things I HATE about Facebook groups you will notice at the 6:40 mark, they show a COMPETITOR Kyle Google ads video. I think these ads are an intrusion on your Private group. Especially if you have given facebook money in the past for Ads. Especially if you are running ads!
yesterday i searched logo designer in facebook and i saw an ad when i click on why i see this ad its shows people based on what they searched on facebook . what type of ad is that?? how should i run that??
Hi Muhammed, there's no such thing as a search retargeting campaign on Facebook. However, if you have been looking for logo designers on Facebook then Facebook may register you as interested in logo design or something similar. Some advertisers will be targeting those interests and that's why you are now seeing those ads. Basically your activity on Facebook changed your categorization as a user.
Hi Ben! I've had this doubt that the links given to Facebook group or pages opens up in the browser, is it possible to take you there through Fb App, without having to sign in the browser. I believe many a times people would bounce back. Though I've joined yours from the browser! 😊

Facebook pages are more professional that profiles and have a number of additional features depending on what you want to do - like Group linking, enhanced ad capabilities. Well worth doing.
Hello, is there still a way to make a public figure(or community) page? Can't find any info and nobody seems to be able to answer my question. With the old layout there was 2 page types: - business - public figures(community). With the new layout all I see is that I can choose a Category, but there's no "Public figure" , nor "Community" options there. I'm just trying to do a Community page for my RUclips channel , to interact with fans and run some ads for my merch. All I could do was a business page, that doesn't even allow me to remove the map section. What are my options? Should I go for a group instead?
Not really - you won't get much value from someone else's group as they probably won't let you promote your products and services and it's not your community.
Great question - I would keep it highly related to the products and services you offer. If you only offer keto products and services, then create a keto group. Otherwise I would keep it broad.

So from the video am I right to conclude that a page is for you to post your business products, posting open orders and product marketing etc while a group is to post knowledge sharing contents and discussion on your ideas/ thoughts?
I found that FB pages are a colossal waste of time and energy was much better spent on creating FB groups. FB groups that have real discussion. If enough members don't join..then interest wasn't high enough to begin with. Keep creating groups until one has legs. Then and only then should you go thru significant time spent setting up FB page.

that is exactly what will happen. Setting up your music page (investing your time) is facebook way of getting you to commit to project with only real option for reach being whats inside your wallet.
That's not right I'm afraid. I own a Facebook Group and if you are going to engage in Facebook Group marketing I would strongly recommend you create one - that's what I say in the video.

No Facebook will handle that for you - just go ahead and upload.

Not with a delay between the two. You'd want to do both at the same time as they have a lot of crossover.
