They refuse to speak to me since their testing came back to prove I was correct , not a lying whore and my lying Ex's family were just evil. It's been a crazy 6 years of total crap. Dad is A/O I'm O/O .... I hadn't done a thing wrong but, guessing since everyone convinced them I had??? I'm disowned, now.

Lupus likely hasn't been with him his whole life at the same intensity. Quite possible he got his blood type tested during say middle school body exam, when his blood was still normal, and that's the correct answer he gave House. It's only later on that lupus caused his antibody to go hayware.
@@v.567 yes, you can use forward typing (commercial antisera testing against patient blood cells) and reverse typing (using antibodies in patient plasma against commercial red cells) to figure out blood types. This episode hinges on no one actually knowing anything about blood types, or how blood bank operates (which requires testing of forward, reverse, AND a crossmatch between the patient plasma and donor blood) any discrepancies would be caught and tested against by the blood bank technicians and none of this would have ever happened.

I did blood typing in Uni for my Genetics lab and we used antibodies to detect the antigens in RBCs, so you can also use this method.
