A few tips:
You can paint a whole wall by holding "alt" on your keyboard.
There are hardiness tables in several places, including the arts center in San Myshuno, so maybe set up a stand there, then spend some time practicing hardiness- upgrading those appliances will go a long way. You may also be able to set a lot challenge for yourself that will break appliances more often for you to repair. Plus, skill books!
When you're doing a street sale, you may be more successful by clicking on the Sims and doing "give sales pitch."
Angela is from the original Sims, and in 4, she comes with university with her twin sister. When you play the family in 2, the dad is having an affair with the maid! Scandalous!
