Instead of worrying about women pastors, work on protecting the young parishioners from the predators within the church?

As an Eastern Orthodox Christian we don't have a female Priest.
Yet we have an active community of women within the church.
We have women Saints who are equal to the Apostles in spreading the Word of the Lord in the early church and now.
We have tradition with a small t and Holy Tradition with a capital T.
Unlike protestantism, Eastern Orthodox Christians have been Christians since the Apostles with unbroken leadership from the Twelve.
This why l am no longer a Baptist .
