I wonder if Jung had released his journals before his death, if they and him would've come under so much scrutiny that it may have hindered his own personal journey. He would've been asked to justify and clarify so much of his writings that it could've possibly brought up doubts in his own interpretations or that in explaining them over and over his writings may have lapsed into dogma in which they would loose their essence and value.
As with most great philosophers, the bulk of their works usually isn’t appreciated until they are gone, unfortunately. But at least it has some value even in today’s age. Thanks for listening and commenting ✌🏻
