i have used rosehip oil once for oil cleansing and since then my face is full of fungal acne. i regret it so much.
Same, oil cleansing is not for everyone.

Even I used jojoba oil once and my skin broke out like anything. It is so true that some oils and even oil cleansing are not everyone.

For people who want to know more about it, do a research on the type of oil to use, method to use, and whether this will actually suit your face. I have got sensitive skin. I did my own research and used virgin cold pressed coconut oil for 3 minutes in particular strokes and motion. It did not cause irritation. I made sure to wash every bit of it to let my skin breathe.
You need to do your own research before using anything.
For acne prone skin, try using grapeseed oil. It works wonders.

Which oil did you use ?
I have been having abnormal amount of sebaceous filaments since a year and nothing was helping it, I was so done! Then I randomly started oil cleansing and damn it made a huge difference right from the first time of doing it. My skin felt healthier and less oily, even though I have combination skin type. The oil actually balanced my skin’s oil production, which is contradicting but true! Sebaceous filaments reduced drastically. I used jojoba oil. Anyone who has SF, please do try oil cleansing!

Can I ask a question that the sabecous filaments are also of white colour because I think I have. It is like a thin white thread coming out of my face, and when I search it on Google it tells me that it is sebaceous filament.

Nooo not coconut oil. It’s extremely comonogenic. It will clog your pores. You can use olive oil but use if you have extremely dry skin.

i wonder if this counts as exfoliating...I actually only do it for one minute each day and it really helped my acne and blackheads :)

I used rosehip seed oil by juicy chemistry it is the best oil or product by juicy chemisty. It changed my skin completely from acne prone dull damage to glowing healthy skin a must try product by juicy chemistry is rosehip seed oil.
If you have acne prone skin definitely try it out your skin will bcm healthy glow & acne issues will also reduce.

Hey girl after seeing your videos i oil cleanse yesterday and i don't know from where too many small black pustles coming from . It works guys really helpful. But after oil cleanse i notice that i have too many small bumps on face will you reply whyy it is so

i used to do this with sunflower oil but i don't massage my face for 30 mins, maybe like around 10 min... and yeah it's really satisfying to see the black stuffs came off :') but after a while i got small acne bumps, maybe bc i did it a bit too often 😭
Always use a face wash after oil cleansing. And only oil cleanse to remove makeup/sunscreen.
