Obviously this is a meant to be a unique take on the anime Gridman but I very much prefer this one over the Goodsmile DX Full Powered Gridman. Especially love how the parts-forming is disguised to make it seem like there is a real mechanical transformation. Wish Takara would do more Tokusatsu stuff again like Ryukendo and Tomica Hero
Once upon a time they had awesome combiners… then they thought G1 was the best thing ever and receded back to before all the innovative and cooler designs came around. I still hope for one day the Brave Series can come to the west with their incredibly unique combinations where some ideas were then brought back to transformers
I only ever saw the Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad version of the original show, and I don't entirely remember everything about it, but the fact it can replicate the transformation/power-up sequence so closely is friggin' awesome and not something most toys can pull off. Ever.
Do you think they'll ever bring back motorized Diaclone figures? That first Diaclone from a few years back was amazing 🤩. They reissued it recently but it is crazy expensive.
Damn, I thought they were gonna do the jet, drillers, and tank combining into the large jet/spacecraft and suits gimmick, but no, just a big jet with an escape pod.
*hums Superhero Samurai Syber Squad theme* With the way the armor deploys, can you make the trio of vehicles that formed the robo from the original version of this figure back in the day?
I love this line. I really do but they officially priced me out after Battle Buffalo. I know it is a niche line and all but they just don't feel like $200+ figures.
It's definitely better than the actbuilder one. Don't get me wrong, it's cool separately, but putting it together is a mind breaking mess. I really dig this though.
once again an EXTREMELY overpriced Gridman toy...with how popular Gridman and Dynazenon were you'd think they would have made some reasonably priced "normal" figures/toys instead of all this high end super collectors shit
It seems like Bandai is the only Japanese company that is aware of mid to low range consumers. For Digimon or Dragon Ball alone there's tons of alternatives depending on how much can you afford Meanwhile there's a huge abundance of affordable figures and collectibles produced by American companies
It's a shame these new diaclone figures aren't very affordably priced, they're so damn cool!

With the armor on this one looks like king-dam from the vintage diaclone line
I would say Battles Gridman looks more like a middle ground between Thunder Gridman and full powered Gridman
Transformers, eat your spark out! This is a cool combining gimmick!

“He’s got this little jet”
*pulls out a jet about 50% larger than the main figure*
Thanks for reviewing this, Peaugh!
You're welcome!

I'm pretty sure a lot of us saw that version, I didn't even know Servo was called "Gridman" until a few years back.
But SSSS had 3 kinda lame vehicles. This one mashed them all into one cool mega jet

Love this guy. While I’m not sure how some parts of it would work, I’d love to see a Full Powered Gridman or a Dynazenon with this quality.

If Superhuman Samurai Power Squad and Transformers Starsaber had a baby.....
Battlizer GridMan

Reminds me a bit of the Power Suits that the Guardian GoBots had in the show.
🎶Super human samurai🎶
I prefer Gridman's classic design. But this thing is cool (and expensive).

unfortunately no.

Is the fighter compatible with any of the other Diaclone Reboot sets?
It's definitely better than the actbuilder one.

It's cute
Things to do with the epic level artificer in your game if the player is a giant weeb and you actually like them.
