Hi! I was having Wi-Fi issues so I began the search im finding a solution to the issue. Im extremely glad I watched this video as it was very easy to understand and included simple instructions that fixed the issue. I recommend this video to anyone who is needing a solution to their internet problem. I really like that he gave multiple options to increase the chances of gaining Wi-Fi access. The first option didn’t work so I followed his second option and it worked immediately. I saved the video for future use in case I experience this problem again. Thanks!!!
You are my hero today. I now have wifi again on my laptop. I stayed in a hotel yesterday and connected to the hotel wifi, and when I arrived home last night, my laptop would not connect for a few seconds, then disconnected. It was driving me crazy. All my other laptops were fine, so I knew it was something to do with the hotel's wifi connection. Luckily I found this video, and resetting the DNS did the trick. Thank you so much!

I am still unable to log on to my Wi-Fi router on my hp 250 g6 laptop after entering my WLAN Key despite I did everything you're suggesting in this clip. I can see all the available nearby Wi-Fi services including mine. I have used this key on numerous devices without any issues. However the troubleshooter suggested, "it might be a driver issue." According to the Device Manager description, it is a "Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168." Any suggestions?

Also : Check in Device Manager if WIFI or bluetooth adapter is working properly (click properties). If it says disconnected, the WIFI and Bluetooth icons will be missing from network notification window. Do a hard power on reset ( disconnect ac power adapter. Press and hold power button for 20 sec. Restart laptop normally).

I'm having a problem where the wifi option has entirely disappeared from my laptop, though through some of the methods you explained wifi does come back but the time i shut down the laptop and turn it on the next day it disappears again. Should i keep following the same method everyday to bring the wifi option back? Please help
