Thankyou for a brilliant video as always, beautiful stitching and love the lemon crossStitch, that's definitely my next project, thankyou once again Kat 😊
Thanks Sue 😊 Lemons was a beautiful project to stitch and it will be so nice whenever I get it framed 🍋 I am properly excited like a kid in a sweet shop for all the Christmas stitching 😂
Your Lemon stitch is beautiful. Congrats on the finish. I like your choice of fabric for the gingerbread stitch. Looking forward to seeing your progress.
Thanks Lori 😊 I was super happy to finish Lemons and Mum is not far behind me! I can get a bit stressed picking fabrics but it is nice to make a project all your own 😄
Love the FFO. I do like the Christmas tree, like the ideas of adding beads, on my list to do. Mini one is great for the Christmas tree. The winters gift is looking beautiful. Such lovely colours on Gaia. Oh wow Congratulations on finishing lemons love it. I’m sure your mums will be finished real soon. Grey looks great for the snowman. I have looked on the historical sampler company they have some great patterns and accessories on there. Enjoy the jingle ball over the weekend. Love your tutorials. 💞. Totally recommend Patreons, it’s great! X
Mum is getting stuck back into Lemons now I've finished it! I'm glad you agreed with the grey for the snowman...I've been looking for something to stitch on that fabric as it's a really pretty colour. Getting very excited for the Jingle Ball now!
That fox is adorable! When life gives you lemons is also great, I love text based projects. I started one, but it’s my first time using black fabric, so that’s been something of a challenge. A fun one though!
I love text based designs too, which I guess is why Emma Congden is a fave of mine. Black fabric is always a bit more challenging, but it really does make the colours pop 😄
I love the Tiny Towns too, have 5 to do to start after Christmas WIPs are finished. So the 4 seasons and the Christmas one. In the southern hemisphere so will start with summer up the top and doing them on one piece of fabric. Am looking forward to seeing your progress. 😁🪡
I can very much see myself getting sucked into doing all the Tiny Towns! Your idea of stitching the 4 seasonal ones and Christmas on a single piece of fabric sounds lovely 😄
I can't believe how quickly Winter's Gift has come on recently...and spoiler alert...I've finished the cross stitches so can start on backstitch! Along with all the other things I have planned to stitch in December 😂
Winter's gift is stunning! Really great job. Your stitches are literally flawless. hahaha surprise finish I love it! You just had to beat your mom lol. Great job! Yay I'm so glad to hear you're coming to the Jingle Ball. We have got to plan a time to stitch for a bit together!! That would be awesome.
You are too kind Andrew, and I know for sure there are flaws...but it does look great overall, and also it's just so fun to stitch which is the most important thing 😄 Yup, I say I'm not competitive but we all know it's not true and I really did want to beat Mum at Lemons 😂 She's back to stitching hers now after seeing my finish! If we can catch up and stitch together at the Jingle Ball that would be just amazing 😄🪡
I am very happy to be your student. I appreciate your teaching style. I like how you go step-by-step and our clear in all your instructions. Merry Christmas.
Congratulations on your finishes! 🎉 They look amazing! ❤ There are so many great patterns in that Pigeon Coop Designs book! It's definitely on my wishlist! I wanted to join your SAL, but I'm on a self-imposed spending freeze right now. 😂 Happy stitching! 😊
Thanks so much 😊 Good luck with your spending freeze...I'm willing to bet you have some lovely kits and patterns in your stash that you can enjoy in the meantime 😜
I love all your projects! Winters gift is gorgeous! Great finish on the Lemons, has Mum caught up yet? 😂we both have stepped off into something 😂 my big step-off is a huge project for me 189k stitches. I am hoping I will find it as a comfort stitch. Its Beauty Will Save The World by unconventional x stitch. I just fell In love with her beautiful eyes and had to stitch her. Naturally, I got enabled.😂 today you had my full attention no stitching. I enjoyed the video as always! Looking forward to the new tutorial. 😊 I had to get my lap top updated and work on catching up my expense out bills for the accountant end of year paperwork. My laptop hasn’t been used in over a year so updating was way behind.
Shhhhh... I might have finished the cross stitches on Winter's Gift after I filmed this video 😜 I so enjoyed getting the Lemons finished and it has spurred Mum on to get back to it, so she's not done yet but I think she will be soon. I saw that new HUGE project of yours...it's a real stunner! I can see you've been bitten hard by the full coverage bug 😂
@ lol 😂 yes I have been bitten hard. Its Kayli’s fault lol she kept showing beauty. Its just her eyes that really caught me. Congrats 🎉🍾🎈 on Winters gift finish
Now I'm wandering what surprise your april flosstube will have. :D Lovely to see your wonderful projects - and especially Winter's Gift. So exciting! Congrats on your finish :) And I agree: the sheep is super cute (though I think I'm biased considering where I live). It's summer in Australia so I'll enjoy the winter vibes from flosstube. I'm somewhere through the puffins on the Arctic Animal sal so I am very far behind... but my double vision has finally settled enough to get into my smaller counts again (which I'm super excited about!) so that'll have to wait. Or maybe I'll take it to work hmm. Did you get to the rainbow gallery thread yet? Merry Christmas if I don't watch another flosstube from you before then!
That's so great that your vision has improved so you can get back to more of the projects you love! I just completed part 7 of Arctic Animals and part 8 was released yesterday...so exciting! So yes, I have got into the Rainbow Gallery thread and finished all the stars with it. It wasn't too bad to work with other than fraying horrendously. It's not glowing in the dark much at the moment...I need to expose it to some more light first I think! Still a bit more to go on the Christmas advent stitch before I get to that cute sheep! Merry Christmas to you too!
Do you know (of course you don’t but I’m gonna tell you anyway!), I’m not to keen on words but I love the lemons! It turned out soooo good!Your stitching as usual is sublime! I decided to be brave & start the Blizzard but I’m not going to show it I just got back to cross stitching just over a year ago M y niece got a kit for Xmas & came to me for help She lost interest & I finished it After it was finished I felt lost so I bought one for myself I just did stamped ones & did some small counted ones This SAL is the first big one(& I know it’s not big!) but I’ve found out I can’t count! I started where you did I’m only using colours in my stash to see how I get on So far so good The pattern seems easy enough but I’ve not got to the trees yet! Once I see how I do I’ll buy the colours Love all the designs in this book! I want to do the bear & the owl Fingers crossed I don’t make to many mistakes & get frustrated!
I love that we all have different tastes in designs, and that even when something isn't normally up your street, there can still be one example of that thing that you do really like. LIke you with word based designs...and me with quakers! It's fabulous that you've enjoyed getting back into cross stitch and are stitching Blizzard Valley 😄 One thing I can say is that we all struggle with counting sometimes, no matter how long we've been stitching! Be kind to yourself and don't panic if you make mistakes...just decide if you want to fix it or leave it, then do that and move on. To get 'good' at something you have to go through not being so good at it first! Enjoy the journey, be proud of what you did, keep learning and practicing and I bet you'll soon have piecs you want to share with the world! 🩷
Winters gift looks fantastic.
Really enjoy your videos.
Happy stitching 😊❤
Thanks Elizabeth 😊🩷

Thanks for sharing. Winter's gift is looking amazing. Looking forward to seeing your christmas projects next time 🙂
Thanks so much 😊 I'm really looking forward to the Christmas stitching even if I probably have too much lined up, I'll enjoy whatever I get done!
