    Spot on bro, might also add fish oil on this list. Vitamin C is amazing, but using natural cartilage sources is something that ive been thinking about on and off, about how it must be good for your joints, tendons, ligaments, you are literally ingesting what they are made of..
    There are many cases where using natural sources of certain vitamins and nutrients result in much higher bioavailability than some isolated vitamin compounts due to other subsances in those natural sources which help their resorbtion and metabolism.

    idk anything about diet, all I know that daily bloodflow low force for 15min is regenerative together with classic squats 1-3 times per week w moderate volume.
