Me and my wife moved to UK last year where i was in student visa and she was in dependent visa, since she has a nursing background, she became able to crack a job here in NHS and we are switching to tier2 sponsorship visa on January. UK seems harsh on it’s rules but the thing is it has plenty of opportunities for skilled manpower ❤❤. I Love UK
Here the thing is that :---
CANADA, is more bigger country, wider roads, Snowfall. Also If we go for any job whether part time or full time we have to drive more. But in case of UK well connected buses, trains also weather is rainy not snowy. Quite developed roads, municipality. In Canada part time jobs or full time jobs are less. International students doing food delivery job in branded cars like mustang, audi.
Most important is federal tax . Tax in Canada is at least 30% on monthly income. Homes are big but far away from neighbours. We have to study for two years to get three year Post graduate work permit but in case of UK only one year of master's and PSW of two years .
Also we can pay our education loan in less time. More manufacturing industries in UK means more job opportunities. While in CANADA , Winnipeg, Calgary is empty where PR is easy likewise TORONTO, VANCOUVER is full of immigrants, we have to move towards Manitoba, Nova Scotia. For PR.
This is my opinion.
People still get PR in Toronto as well. And UK is so small there’s going to be a limit on how many immigrants they can take, Canada is second largest country. Though i agree with most of the things you said.

You should provide a disclaimer about the information being stale now. Sorry to say but this video is a bit misleading as it is not providing the correct information given the current /new policies for work visa and PR.
Canada has one of the easiest migration rules. So, it welcomed approximately 1,84,000 immigrants in the 2020. Uk has one of the toughest way to get PR and settling down but in 2020 it welcomed 3,13,000 immigrants. Moral of the story, a vast empty land and easy immigration rules are not attractive to the majority of people. Economy, industrialization, transport, foods, community, entertainment, culture, history etc are the key to be considered a city, mega city and a country, superior country😊. Apart from the easy immigration rules and snow, Canada has nothing to stands against UK.
The 2020 statistics are for those EU nationals who applied for immigration to the UK.

If you think Canada's PR is easier than UK than you are misleading the public , no country would allow a jobless foreigner , both UK and Canada requires a sponsorship job first before anything else.
There is more competition in Canada than in uk.
For married people currently UK makes sense, plus if you have confidence, skills, you will value education no matter which country. Get that education you lack, any any country will that is developed will give you job if the jobs are available.
Currently UK is better in education than Canada, for English courses. This based on my personal conversation with students both places.
Your opinions are subjected to what knowledge and skills you have, I have seen most people coming out of college and straight go for masters, without any work ex, they usually go for Knede, to get the PR. Others experienced, and confident people are getting jobs directly in UK, Ireland, Germany even in Canada.
Get skilled and then leave the country, don't aim for just immigration, India is not bad to learn a new skill. Get trained by taking a job first in India, then everyone will accept you with open arms(student, spouse, anyone else).

Uk is shit. They will change laws without any warnings. Today you are on uk student visa, tomorrow they will take PSW visa away. This happened with me but i was able to.secure a job with sponsorship. Zero regards for migrants.

Easiest PR so far is in Germany , after completing masters from a German university you can get PR in 2 years again if you get job from a sponsorship.

I too left canada after my masters and moved to germany for better career opportunities and life. One thing i have noticed that canada is only focusing on QUANTITY and Most of other developed nations are focusing on QUALITY. I am very much happy to be here in Europe, as i have more options in terms career and better travel opportunities, whole European Union is open. PR is now much easier here in germany. Best decision i have made to move here to Europe

I have seen some of you tubers are saying that for students uk is better ,but from my personal experience of living in UK for 12 years, I will still say that canada is much better, I had some some of friends who studied in uk, but couldn't settled down and had to go back but they decided to go to canada on study visa and they they all permanent and very happy there now . They all said that they should have gone to canada in the first place. Some people on you tube they don't show you the reality. They show it everything is so easy and perfect. It's not that easy to get PR, even after study you work permit, it will still take 10 years, you have keep extending your visa. Even you have child born in uk or you get married to British girl, still it very long period. In canada it is much easier. Mere khudke friends Lori drivers hai, han yeh sahi baat hai ke unke 3 se 4 lakh banta hai after tax , par baat toh yeh hai unko bhi bachta kya hai , 1500 se 2000 toh unka ghar ka rent or mortgage, council tax, aur bills mein nikal jata hai. Do you own research on Google, check on how much is rent for one room or flat where you want to move, and check how much you can earn in warehouse as warehouse operative, kisi bhi warehouse mein manager ki bhi £35000-45000 saal ka milta hai, kisi warehouse operative ko 3 se 4 lakh nahi milta, aur bhai kisi ko cv check krne paise mat do, Google se koi template dekho aur acha sa dekh kar bas apna experience bhar kar copy kr lo, uk mein bahut warehousing jobs hai, cv sirf formalities hai , bahut se log dekhe hai jo, DHL, Hermes, DPD aur amazon jaise bade bade warehouses mein kaam krte hein jinko ache se English bhi nahi aati, agar kisi ko bhi koi information chahihe toh app mere Instagram account par massage kr sakte ho

That's all living you're counting on your fingers are living expenses. Even jeff bezos and Bill gates are paying living expense. Nothing in this world comes free of cost. Even in India if you earn 40,000 per month you'll have expenses of approximately 35,000. I had gone to canada and came after living just 1. 5 months I spend almost 3000 cad dollars. It's upon you how you earn and save your money no matter what country is in you living in. People living currently in Canada are just abusing Canada and their mistake of leaving govt job for coming to Canada. You're living in UK and just don't like the country. People living in India they don't like the country and want to immigrate. Don't be bias about the countries. Both countries are fantastic. Don't differentiate on your own personal experience or of others. Students will move by their own likes and dislikes.

I think you have also said same biased answers. You supported Canada. Everyone has different preferences, if you are giving proper ones please discuss pros and cons of each one and tell the persons to choose it. For example Canada has snow, UK has rain tell people to choose it. Canada only South can get free out of snow in summers. In UK rain can come at anytime even on bright day light. Matlab for good 5 to 6 months it snows in Canada and this lady is fine with that. However, she can’t stand the ‘gloomy’ weather of the UK. Bollocks! Guys, those of you who’re in a dilemma between UK and Canada, my advise would be the UK. I’m going there next year. It’s going to be a tad difficult to settle down and all, but if you’re smart and eloquent, I don’t think you’d face any major difficulties there.
People shift from UK after Study as they don't get sponsorship during PSW ( post study visa) . In UK company don't give you sponsorship very easy unless you good analytical skill and they find you worthy for their company. If you good analytical skill company straight away give you 5 yrs skilled visa and you can apply for ILR ( same as PR) in UK.
While in Canada it is very to get PR even if you do low level job.

I have few questions if you can help me out. So I am thinking of applying for Canada PR. My total score estimate is around 470 which I think is more than enough. I am currently in UK and doing a Full-Time internship as researcher in robotics and ethical ai I have done my master's in UK and will be getting my degree by the end of this year. So the questions I have are-
1- I don't have work experience but I have worked for company while I was in India and doing my bachelor's for 2 and a half year I also have pay slips for that. I have also done 3 months internship in India in Research Design and Standards Organisation and in UK as a part time STEM ambassador for 1 year all of this is related to my degree. So is it going to be an issue if I apply for PR.
2- Which will be the best time to start applying for PR.

4- I have a lot of experience in working and researches and I also have research papers internationally published in conferences. Does it make my profile look good? Do they consider all these things.

Canada has a lot of competition and education standard is also not good. It's good for those willing to work at minimum wages.
Where did you get this idea. It is lot more difficult to get university admissions in Canada than UK. So I chose to get my MBA from UK than from Canada. Actually both us myself and my wife never worked for minimum wages in Canada. Also Canadian Per capita GDP is much higher than UK. Canada has the 2nd highest per capita GDP in G7 (after USA). UK is way behind.

That will not make impact on CRS point but the benefit of UK's work experience is that you might get the job offer easily in Canada (through LMIA) and you can get work visa before getting PR.

Canada has low-ranking universities and it's easy to get admission there. I think if we are investing so much money then we must try and apply to top universities otherwise just go to Germany where also getting a PR is easy than in the UK. The UK has more universities in the top 10 than Canada in the top 100. So, It's basically one's opinion of what he/she chooses. If you want to get a PR, you can also do your studies in the UK at a top institute and go to Canada for a job(As you say in the video Canada has more jobs) like she has done. The degree in UK is renowned all over the world so it would be good to study in UK and go for PR later in Europe or Canada or Australia

The marking system in Ireland and UK is much harsher than in Canada or US. They fail you for even half mark here. On the other hand in Canada or US, there are assignments and credit systems and based on public opinion Canada and US education is easier to pass. In Ireland for example we are supposed to score at least 50% to pass.
@@vinay77898 nope. I mean you get Jobs in Ireland. Not much problem. But UK offers much better quality jobs. Mostly because of London. London is like like mecca especially if you are in Finance.
@@vinay77898 to get a job in either country you need a valid work Visa. Since you won't have a work Visa of Ireland, you won't get a job in Ireland

What do you do? I'd really like to know that. Because I know very well that people with ENGINEERING degrees somehow manage to get jobs. But people with non-engineering backgrounds, especially management ones, finance, don't get jobs. Very few lucky ones get jobs even if they pay very less with little or no progress in the career.
