@@davidb4113 A retailer can always call back the person to confirm who placed the order. If the credit card is not reported stolen, she is in the clear. She had a warrant anyway.
The officer should have asked to see the text or phone records of the guy telling her he’d buy her food.
How low do you have to go to be scamming a Subway 🤣
In her defense, it was walking distance from her "spot where she stay".😂

She doesn't scream or pull the ole RC mumbo jumbo. She's a criminal but she stayed cool during the arrest. That's refreshing.
ifyk...yk and she did...but Subway? Nauseating 🤮
Why did it take so long for that cop to understand what was going on? It was explained quite simply from the start.
She didn't know.. Right.
"Nationwide Onion Ring Fraud Scandal Ring Thing. News at eleven!"
These people never know what their friend's names are.
Seeing if it works.
She told on herself from the get go...immediately jumping to ," is it shady or something ". Such a dumb thief....why not leave the moment she saw the cop? Guess she wanted subway real bad. But to risk jail over $15....stuuuuupid!!!!
John Goodman is a cop now?
She was fortunate to avoid being prosecuted for what she did because she knew.
Tgese cops aint 💩. This woman knows about this guys credit card being compromised and they're not going to charge her or investigate it? Unreal.
Don't be a clown. You think this little 10 minute video covers the entire investigation?
@@somnuswaltz5586 No. I think him telling the woman that they're not charging her with it, that she's going to county and will wait for the county with the warrant to pick her up, pretty clearly evidences that the crime isn't being investigated.
@orionsimerl6539 WRONG. The investigation doesn't end just cuz the encounter doesn't end with a charge for it. You're trolling right??? 🤣
@@somnuswaltz5586 It does when they don't ask her any questions related to who purchased the subway using the defrauded card, state no intent to ask her any questions about it, imply they will not question her by providing her an itinerary while in custody that doesn't include questioning, and in not charging her, not having any other way to learn who used the card have no suspect, and nothing to investigate. I think most law enforcement officers do well to enforce the law and often use discretion to serve public interests, this officer performed poorly in this situation.
@orionsimerl6539 wrong again bozo. You're making an assumption based on a 10 minute EDITED youtube video.

It’s subtle but effective 😂
Lmfao
I've been asked that exact thing from a cop before
Don’t do drugs ppl, common sense if you see the police and they don’t get in line you leave because it’s no worth going to jail for 🤦🏽♂️
Gee, I’m sure they’re listening.
She wasn't driving therefore if she took off running, that would make her look even more guilty. I love how you professional criminals are always trying to give your fellow criminals advice on dealing with the police. Here's some advice, STOP COMMITTING CRIMES and then when you see a cop walk past you, you won't think anything of it.
@@scottmichaels12 you Nambla members stick together literally sometimes, but driving or not she would’ve been better off leaving and trying again at a different location…..
