Like you , I'm really messy in the kitchen and leave all the pots and pans dirty and half the ingredients are on my counter and not in my bowl , then my mother told me this tip to just get some old newspapers (I like to use then cause here in India , they're really really cheap and we don't read it more than once and also I have stacks of them just lying around ) and spread them on the counter , then you can just do what you normally do, but not directly on the counter . One you're done , you can just put all the dishes in the dishwasher and remove the newspaper off the counter to reveal it spotless . Believe me , it works like a charm Xoxo Brooklyn 💖💗

Hi Lucy the most important when you cook, it's just after you have finished the starter for example. You have to clean your tools. And after you can carry on with your main dish. My mother always told me to do my cleaning after each dish. It's easier at the end and you earn some time.
