did you just use a hole saw bit for that drainage? and does the water ever run through the drilled hole and along the bottom of the tank? i'm assuming you need a pvc underneath the drilled hole thats wider than the hole itself to catch water well

With those types of hoses, valves, pumps, timer and clamp connection. That’s is not a cheap unit at all. Easily over a 1000$
