  • Many English learners make the same pronunciation mistake in English: they pronounce an extra ‘e’ at the beginning of words. For example, many Spanish speakers say “eschool” instead of “school”. The first step to improving is to know your mistakes. Do you make this mistake? Listen to more examples in the video. I will show you the most common words where I hear this mistake, and I will give you my tips on how to stop saying the extra ‘e’. www.engvid.com/english-pronun...

Also I did not realize that "there" and "their" had the same pronunciation, Furthermore I still have difficulties when I speak the letter "L" like in "school" in words ended with "L", many people say that this called and "dark L" because it is an fake L, in my opinion this is the most difficult sound in English.

My native language is portuguese therefore I use do make the same mistake too, but I did not speak "e" as in bed before a word that begins with an "s", I use to speak like an "ee" as in bee, it sounded like "eeschool", because in portuguese or spanish there's no word begging with an "s". Similarly I realize that many french people can only speak the word clown, like they do in their own language something like "cloon" when they are speaking English.
