need a rubber o-ring on the top end of the tube between the tube and the support!!o and flip the bent bracket over it as spring steal!

Maybe if you find a strip of sheet metal, you could wrap it around that oil pipe near the first bend close to the rocker box cover fixing bolt. The two strip ends come together and drill a hole in them so they fit over the cover bolt.
    A simple wrap around bracket.

In 1962 Ford changed the paint scheme for the 800 Model from Red/Grey to Blue/Grey do its possible the Air Cleaner Assembly was replaced at some point from 62 and on Ford 800, the seal for the large Rocker Oil Pressure inlet line is available and the missing line is also able to be obtained.

I’m the 60’a ford ran a special where they would steam clean and repaint older tractors to the new ford blue and grey paint scheme that they was using in the 60’s to make the older tractors look modern. Also look at yesterday’s tractor company for parts, that’s where I get parts for my 55 600 series

I would say they are the oil feed pipes for the rocker shaft assembly. Without the other one your loosing oil pressure in the rocker shaft, which is why it’s not lubricating the rockers properly hence acting like it’s blocked.

Hydraulic pump drives from gear on camshaft i believe

If the pushrods don’t spin that’s when you know a cam lobe is pooched or will be very soon cause your lifters are also spinning. If you ever take the lifters out for whatever reason, they need to be put back in the same hole cause the lifter and cam lobe are matted after the initial 1st start when it was new. If you have a lifter tick then buy a bottle of GM EOS Engine Oil Suppliment otherwise it may be time to set the lifters.
46:35 I would clean yours and not spend that silly shipping and duties in USD. If you can’t find an oil line then make one from metal fuel line or brake line.

the manifold is cracked and leaking and them lines are just drain back lines.you don't have to have them.

If it has valve seals, remove the rocker shaft and remove the springs. Goodson has valve tools and parts. Check the cylinder leakdown. Replace the oil pump and screen. Put clothesline in the cylinder to hold up the valves. Remove the spring. Check for sticking stems. Run the engine with the valve cover off and check if valves open and close properly indicating a bad cam. Check for fuel pressure and leakdown. Replace the needle valve.

You have to make sure the oil line seats good, it actually seats kind of hard it dont look like yours is seated down probably.

Get #1 TDC on the compression stroke on 0. The rotor should be pointing near #1. If not, unbolt the distributor and lift it up. Turn it way back against normal rotation. Point the rotor at #1terminal on the cap and set it back in. Turn it to normal setting. Set the timing. This compensates for a worn timing chain.
