      nope. they have no confidence in this car. when they announce this car in china, they showed its laptop time at SAIC Shanghai International Circuit, not only its pretty slow time, they also didnt release onboard video, no details at all. and the reason that they chose Shanghai International Circuit, cuz that circuit is not open for public.

      20 years ago China was making cheap knock offs that had a 1/3 of the performance, quality and features that the competition had. In the 80's/90's Hyundais and Kias were absolute garbage, and look at them now.

    Yangwang use BYD’s Blade Battery which is the heavier LFP chemistry (Lithium Iron).
    BYD is proving that they are NOT less desirable than Nickel-Cobalt Batteries, just a different option with pros & cons to each.

      LFP batteries have a lower technological barrier to entry, so Chinese companies have been able to enter this market more easily. On the other hand, NMC batteries, which are dominated by Korean companies, require much higher technological skills, so Chinese companies, with their lower technological capabilities, are not able to enter this market easily. China is currently about 5 years behind Korea in terms of technology, which is a significant gap.

      LFP is the way to go for now imo. It’s safer and doesn’t require cobalt and such. I think range is not a problem for EVs anymore.

      @@limelight777 couldn't be more wrong. CATL is the largest supplier of Lithium battery in this world and it's a Chinese company. The battery in iPhone and Tesla comes from them (along with other smartphones and laptops). BYD took a different path and created blade battery. The future of Lithium vs LFP will be decided among CATL, BYD and other Chinese companies. Korean companies don't even come close to be in this comversation. Sorry

    Amazing EV sports car, It comes not only with power, but the electronic magnetic suspension DiSus-X. Not many people even know the brand early 2023 outside China. Now they have/will have factories in Thailand, Brazil, Hungry, Ozbekistan and Mexico.

      @@hannaht2068 I understand that and it is solid advice for everyday use. On long distance drives I will use the bottom % as these give me the fastest charging speeds if they didn't cheap out on cables and the Amps are the limiting factor.
      With proper set up it is best to use thos bottom 20% on a long distance drive. Why waste them?

      After 1 lap on the nordschleife you must have a break to cool down the brakes in my opinion. Otherwise the car will have braking issues. Do you agree ?
