So nice to see Nick Fury and Maria Hill get some spotlight in the MCU, very underutilised characters, and Im hoping they really take a chance to explore their partnership, history and friendship in this series

She's talking to him like that's her dad or uncle, not her boss (current or former). With hesitant but caring emotion in her voice.
I was thinking sister. Her voice almost cracked when saying there is a very real threat as if she was already thinking how Fury can easily be killed by getting involved.
She was his only real friend when on the run, makes sense

It honestly looks like Secret Invasion is going to be a big one for all of us, even if it’s on Disney+. They also did a great job for the tone of this, as I immediately got a surge of Winter Soldier vibes from this.
The weekly theory’s on this show is gonna be crazy just like WandaVision
I think Maria's a Skrull, because she wasnt in Captain Marvel, and has always been by Fury's side, and the implications of her being a Skrull wouldnt ruin her character, unlike theories of Rhodey being one, which would mean he's not really War Machine anymore, but what do you think? Love your videos btw

I always wanted to see Maria Hill to have some great moments like this in the MCU because I thought she was just ignored by pretty much everyone but know I see that she is more important than ever in this show, plus Everett Ross is 100% a skull

we haven't even seen it yet, chill out a lil. i like the optimism, but this clip and the trailers don't prove this show won't be the classic generic marvel formula all over again. hell i thought the quantamania would be good based on the trailer, and that didn't turn out too well lol

This show’s marketing shows promise. So much potential with the concept of Skrulls and Fury being the main lead.
I’m beyond hype for this show one of my most anticipated marvel show this year
Is Maria Hill actually crying in this scene? If she is, that must've been pretty hard for her for not seeing someone she looks up to her whole life.
Aside from Coulson, I always figured Hill was a best friend of Fury. Especially after his reaction when she was snapped. They definitely have a lot of love and respect for one another.

i'm glad they've given her a plot that she can properly show her acting through. most of her scenes and lines so far have been pretty samey.

It feels like Fury felt very reclusive and decided to distance himself into space just to cope with some losses that happened after Endgame; this show is gonna also give some emotion.

I feel like Samuel L. Jackson has great chemistry with everyone on set. Definitely getting a different vibe here though, and I'm actually feeling concerned for his character now.

IMO, that show had really good consistency and balance in tone; letting serious moments be serious and having some comedic relief when characters were more relaxed. Villain was a bit weak, but enjoyed everything else.

As much as I love my sci-fi and fantasy nonsense....Marvel needs something like this. Something more real, more grounded. Still has those sci-fi elements in there. But it's not crazy flashy stuff. I can't wait! I hope they nail this show. So far, it's looking very promising
A show that shows other planets and how they were affected by the blip would be so good. Every episode could be a different planet and what they’re thoughts and actions were before during and after the blip.
The amazing thing about this clip is we are not sure whether this is really Fury or Maria

We LOVE Fury 🖤 but Maria Hill has been criminally underutilised in the MCU! You have a character who has been present, if not directly involved, in several pivotal moments. She should be recruiting the next hero team 😉

Now this is what we been waiting for. Maria Hill has a slight cracking to her voice when she mentions there is a very real threat. The tone of this show should quench what we have been thirsting for.

The only question I have about any Feige show is how many girls are going to beat up the leading male hero and which one will eventually replace him. Feige put the woke in the superhero genre.

Maria Hills is such an underused characters in the MCU. Secret Invasion is a perfect series to showcase Cobie Smulders acting chops. Maria Hill was the real hero of SI fromnwhat I remembered.

I honestly haven't been the same since Avengers Endgame, and was told to "man up" or "it's only a movie". Sure, perfectly ok where half the population was wiped out. A year early before Covid when I lost family and friends. Brought back painful memories...so it wasn't just a movie
