Hello, welcome to Ado. I think I should give some background about who Ado is so you could get a better picture of what type of singer she is. Ado started out at 14 as an utaite (cover artist) covering Vocaloid songs (you may or may not know Hatsune Miku) and the day before her 18th birthday she released Usseewa as her major debut (produced by syudou, a Vocaloid producer). Due to her background as an utaite, Ado has basically adopted some techniques to enhance the songs she's covering or singing based on the content of the song and its lyrics. She's able to growl, belt, use vocal fry, scream, fry scream, use multiple voices (able to go from sweet and cute to menacing even in a live performance and could even sound like a boy in her songs by moving her larynx), flip her vocals, do sighs between vocals and even go into a whistle note (her vocal range is E2-B6/C7) while also being able to sing in a clean tone. So basically Ado is the type of singer you would dream of producing for. She can do pop ballads, jazz, EDM, rock, hard rock, metal and even hard rap. Fun fact, when she was 19, she sang 7 songs for the soundtrack of One Piece: Film Red (which you should listen to )(One Piece being one of the most popular mangas of all time) which was produced by 7 different producers, each of their own genre and style and managed to execute them very well. Show was produced by Giga and Teddyloid, who’ve also teamed up to produce Odo for Ado and few other songs on their own. The song was used in Universal Studios’ Japan for Halloween 2023, it’s still so popular that it was ranked Top 10 in Billboard 2024 Japan. This was only entry level Ado - Check out her live versions of Unravel or Aishite Aishite Aishite. Some other recommendations would be Shoka, Rule, Tot Musica or Fleeting Lullaby. Or basically anything else. Except the Imagine Dragons collab, that one is just a typical, boring ID song with some Ado slapped onto it.
