I love strawberry snowflakes this is the one I wanted more than any other one this season. I Ike the OG in this and I agree this year they have the strawberry more dominant in this. Still a fave!!!! Sometimes I layer strawberry pound cake and strawberry snowflakes together they layer well. Thanks for your review Mary!

I absolutely love Strawberry Poundcake😍 It’s just one of those scents that is good to me anytime! All I could smell in last years Strawberry & Snowflakes was the bergamot…yuk😝and I could not see how people were comparing it to SPC. I have Strawberries & Snowflakes on the way and I’m REALLY hoping it’s waaaay better…a tiny, like small smidge of bergamot goes a long way w/my sense of smell so I hope the other notes are noticeably predominant in this years version…we shall see🧐
Great comparison! I'm sure I'm alone in this, but to me Strawberry Snowflakes kinda smells like a lighter/softer verison of VS Bare Vanilla with the addition of juicy strawberry to it. I just picked it up today and it smells so good.
I like Strawberry Snowflakes so much more this year than I did last year. I was super excited About reviews I had seen last year comparing it to Kilian’s Love Don’t be Shy but I did not get the comparison. This year I still don’t think it’s a dupe but it does layer really well with LDBS. I was really impressed with the scent this year and the packaging is really pretty. My daughter saw it in the bathroom and said that Strawberry Snowflakes is really cute so I knew that I was going to have to purchase more because she was definitely gonna have her little paws all over it and I was right. She’s been wearing it every day since I got it. Lol She also really likes Dark Kiss. It smells really good on her, I thought it would be a little too mature but it doesn’t smell like that on her.
Giiiiiiirl! I about died when you mentioned the Strawberry Shortcake blowing kisses doll. I had that doll but in the Baby Angel Cake character, so she blew angel food cake kisses. I loved that baby doll so much! ❤️❤️❤️ Now, the Strawberry Snowflakes. I had to run and test my ones from last yr vs this year. It's so funny - you are right on about the mists - the lotion though is EXACTLY the same as last yr. I love it though, both versions. I actually hate SPC on my skin though...must be the cake note that doesn't mesh well with me that the SS doesn't have. I agree that it's NOTHING like Raspberry Jam Donut. I think I like this years version more. Last years version is fruited IMHO. This years is sooo much creamier, which I love! I only purchased 2 backups during the $5.95 sale, but now I’m thinking I should’ve gotten a couple more 😂😂
I got SPC in its chalkboard packaging (with Sparkling Plum Prosecco, Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte, ect) and i LOVED it at first!! But as i kept wearing it, the sickly sweet would get to me! I just bought Strawberry Snowflakes today online as i dont have transportation to a store to smell it for myself! Ive been told SS smells like strawberry milk!!! I really hope the bergamot tones the sweetness down to where i wont get a headache cuz i LOVE strawberry smells! Im so excited!! Your reviews really help me and youre sooo detailed! Thank you so much!! I also got Twisted Peppermint, Winter Wonderberry and Champagne Toast!
I still need to pick up this year's version. I do have last year's version in the full sized mist. I'm actually not a fan of Strawberry Pound Cake even though I love gourmand fragrances. It's too artificial smelling to my nose. I actually prefer Strawberry Snowflakes as to my nose it's softer. Once again....Happy Halloween!!!!

Hi Mary, this is my first Strawberry snowflakes, well, I am not sure if my Body Lotion is bad or it's the way it smells. For me, it smells like very ripe Strawberry 🍓, but in the bad way, when there's a bad Strawberry in the middle of the basket?? Y’all I’m sick cause I missed the mega body care sale 😩😭! I was able to get Strawberries and Snowflakes and I love it! I kept hearing about this, Wrapped in Vanilla, and Fireside Flurries so I wanted them to bring these back so bad so I could smell them. I wanted to love Strawberry Poundcake but I hate the dense cake smell mixed with the perfumey smell but I absolutely love the candle, hand cream, and sanitizer. I just can’t do the body care. I hope they have another body care sale but I know it won’t be that good 🤦🏾♀️ 😢

Ive asked for it for Christmas so hopefully its coming. However when i smelled Strawberry snowflake body wash, it didnt smell great. It was a bit sour. Maybe it would change in the shower. The mist was good tho

Couldn't figure out what I was smelling if anything, when I tried it on in the store. Also, my OG Strawberry Pound Cake lotion must be really old, cause it's manufactured date is 2019 lol. I only have it and a bake shop mini from a year or two later. Which is why I tried to get a new one this year but it smelled like chemicals and really bad. It kinda ruined it for me. I returned those recently and spent what I got back this past Saturday on the holiday stuff. At least my old bottles aren't actually going bad yet, I didn't really use them much until this year.
@@marymakers Yeah I smelled it last Thursday after trying stuff on and couldn't figure it out. So I made sure Saturday to try it first, I put only that lotion and mist on one arm and walked around a bit, still couldn't figure out what I was smelling.
I had to come watch this again because I have the memory of a goldfish and because you have a super sniffer. 😂That Bergamot note jumps out on my skin and it turns really perfumey, but I kinda got it because it currently has such pretty packaging and I'm a sucker for pink and pretty things. 😭 And if I ever don't like it, it's easy to re-gift. 😝
Gingham Gorgeous is close.... very close. Just sweeter than Burberry her and fall in bloom. I'll sniff again though. Different seasons can evoke different thoughts on certain scents I've noticed.
I like Strawberry Snowflakes, but she’s no Strawberry Pound Cake. I bought last years so didn’t need to buy again. The Happy Hanukkah candle is so much better than the Wildberry Jam Donut candle to me! It’s what they should have brought out that first year to match the Raspberry Jam Donut body care.
I didn’t grab SSF last year but I smelled it at the sale and it smelled like a lighter SPC to me. It smelled amazing but since I have so much SPC I didn’t pick this up. I grabbed snowflakes and cashmere instead and woah… LOVE that one. Ima vanilla hoe 😅

Def try another sniff prior to smelling anything else. When I'm smelling in store, it can get overwhelming on the sniffer sometimes.
