You are correct, you can’t have people cooking who haven’t cooked on the team at another event prior to The Jack. We were fortunate to have cooked with all members of our team at prior events so they could be there to help us. But at the end of the day, the Head Chef has to touch it all and make the final decisions. Having good experience around to help bounce ideas off and keep the process on track is always helpful!
