Hey, thanks for the review it's great. I'm currently deciding between this and the Logitech C920. I'm really confused about using software like OBS. If I need to alter the colour and correct exposure etc, do I need to open up OBS, load the profile and keep it open in the background while I'm on teams calls throughout the day? Or can OBS be used to tweak, save and forget?
adjustments are accessed through whatever software you are using the camera with (ie OBS, XSplit VCam, Streamlabs OBS etc etc). Which ever software you use to adjust will save the specific settings you apply the changes at for next time you use that software. Hope that helps
The color balance was a bit wonky and greenish, and the sound a bit thin, but it definitely seems decent for the money. I just ordered one for myself. Thanks for the review!

Nexigo now has their own software available on their website to adjust many features on the camera including zoom. You cn also use OBS to make the area smaller
It broke on me after 3 months and customer service has kind of been a pain to get my replacement. I just did what i should have done from the beginning and gotten a nice Brio. My last logitech still works and its 13 years old. I also agree the color is pretty meh.
@@l8dykickass418 They finally sent another one after a long delay. But now its a secondary cam for backup, i love my Logitech brio. Its a bit more pricey, but shoot, Logitech has proven to be so much more quality for me. Like I said, I still have my 720p Logitech from like 2007 and it still works great.
Great video. the camera is good so far but I cannot find a way to change the FPS settings. it keeps recording at 30 fps only. Im using a mac. any help would be awesome! thanks!!
I just bought one and the color correction is working a little too well. Everything has a blueish tint in most lighting scenarios no matter what software I'm using, and I can't seem to find a settings panel for the webcam itself. Would OBS be a good solution, or am I just missing something obvious?
@@thewatcher6510 also if you want you can download DaVinci resolve thats a video editor (plus more) but it also has colour correction if you record for games or something
@@nothingspeaks OBS works nicely for screen recording. However, the NexiGo team directed me AmCap, which resolves my color correction issue much more easily Thanks for your help!

I bought this and it does have the resolution. But at the best resolution it has trouble moving that much data so there's a severe reduction in frame rate. That could be the computer but I have no obvious way of telling. Two problems with the camera. One is colorimetry. The colors are not accurate. So you may look okay but your blue shirt might look green. At least it has proc software available unlike a lot of other cameras. It's a little archaic but works. The other problem is the mounting. It has no pivot or tilt or pan. It just sort of clips to the top of the screen. It's usable but tacky and unstable. The price is okay but this day and age I would expect a little more for a webcam.

does the nexigo n660p have big delay or small delay like what is the response time? very happy if you would reply
I feel it has avery small delay that is not noticable due to it being 60 fps and 1080p. 4k 30 fps cameras have more of a delay

OBS does alot of stuff. Best free software on the market my opinion. You can add many mics to the software.

@@Javster The mic doesn't come with software most webcams can use 3rd party software where you can usually turn off the internal mic

You got to use software to change it. I use OBS.

You can use OBS but on the Nexipc.com website there is software you can download.

I would use obs you can get into the settings and customize to your liking. Turning off features
