    Very cool Jeff! Those are cool looking birds! That feeding method is quite interesting! Other birds taking advantage of what the Avocet turn up during their hunting efforts is just another beautiful part of how nature was designed! I liked seeing that large group, they kind of move like schools of fish do! Very enjoyable Jeff, thanks for posting!!!

    Ive never seen i single shore bird or not that i recognized and my cabin is on a big lake with three island

      Most shore birds like mud flats with little vegetation. And most are only seen during migration. It's worth it to find them. Good luck.
