I like how most people insulting the Moldovan singer are not even Czech! I as someone who speaks Czech (as one of her native tongues) and as an opera singer, she does very well. You all do not know what you are talking about! Some people make me laugh! :-)

Probably she is not the best singer, but LOOK AT HER ! she is simply amazing, really beautiful voice and fantastic look. I´m sorry that I must to say it....but I think it isn´t Rusalka.There are missing some kind of softness in her voice and if you look at her facial expression it´s clear she did´nt know what she sings.Only thing what she mastered perfectly is Czech text.

This aria is not for her voice probably but anyway is still a revelation! I think she has a great future this is not Popera, popera is Sarah Brightman and the Jenkins. For me is fine a breath of fresh air for the Opera. We need that.

"Ioana Teo" expresses an extreme view of Valentina and the orchestra. As the orchestra is a national youth orchestra, her criticism of it seems unfair and gratuitous. As for Valentin, the ethnic slurs aside, she is truly not among the best in the business and probably will never be. I hope she pursues her career as something she loves and derives great pleasure from.
She sings perfectly, I really appreciate it, but on the other hand, sometimes - if I hadn´t known the text - I wouldn´t have understood... It´too difficult to speak or sing in Czech, but firstly, she had to spend a time singing the czech folklore songs: it helps to pose the accent better and improve the pronunciation...
