It's truly a stunning property, but at $9 million it's insanely overpriced for the Hill Country, especially considering that we are in one of the worst economic periods in many years and heading into a major recession - probably why it's been on the market for so long. My guess is that when/if it does eventually sell it will likely be purchased by some corporate entity or foreign buyer at a greatly reduced price. Sadly, these premiere properties have become completely unaffordable for all but a very select handful of native Texans with net worths well into the 8-9+ figure range.
