Level 15 would break clash royale. Unlike supercell's other games with linear progression per level, royale has an exponential system where the card stats increase by a larger amount every level.
To put this in perspective. A power 11 brawler in brawl stars is only 50% stonger than a power 1 brawler. Increasing by 5% of the initial power every upgrade. In clash royale every level is ~10% stronger than the previous level making them about 345% stronger At level 14. this would grow to 380% stronger At level 15 or 460% stronger with level 17 mirrored cards.
