I have a 58 year old car with a perfectly working glovebox, same with my 87 year old car… and even my 48 year old Passat glovebox still works like the day it left the factory… They don’t make them like they used to… my cabriolet needs a new glovebox too… it’s on the list…. Thanks for showing what’s needed…

Thanks much, my father and I were stuck because everybody else has an automatic transmission and don’t have to deal with the extra work.

I don’t think so, I’d have done that if I’d have found a way to! Absolute arse ache of a job!!
