IT IS LITRALLY A GAME CHANGER FOR THE SHOE MODELLING ARTISTS!!
This will be great for three artists in the world who make shoelaces.
lol you never heard of footwear designers ?
Footwear design is so common lol
Mind blowing! 🤯Nice work, man!
Amazing
Damn, that's a real good shit, even if niche!
This is really incredible! Thank you so much for this tutorial!!!

@@JzaxJzax yeah its a bot that comments on videos
Coolest thing I've seen this year.
Damn that is neat
Whats the vert count on these, anyone tried it? They look amazing, but if its like 2000 verts per cross, it might be too heavy for my purposes
Neat stuff.
So when will you make the geometry node tutorial available?
Or is it just some concept art to show off how great you are at using geometry node?
;) Definitely a show off;b blendermarket.com/products/laces-generator it's a tool for artists to use and speed up their workflow and allow them having fun while adding details to models. For now I'm only selling it as a Blender asset.
@@beltmaker Is it possible to animate de length of the laces? as it is putting on by itself
@@beltmaker The link seems to be broken for me :(
@@rafawebber nope, sry. You can only animate loose part of laces or ribbon as they are instanced from curve objects in the scene.
how are you instancing the curves so that they act like this? I've been trying to get nodes like this working, I've tried to get the curves to follow the mesh, but all I've gotten so far is getting them to follow a vector from one corner to the other using the UV and sample index, I also tried using field at index but neither works I'd like it to or how I'd expect from tutorials/docs online.

I have a question... Why? surely its easier to just model them?
If you’re making several different styles and sizes of laces, automation might speed up your workflow
it is "easier" to model?? no? this is a one click solution. as for why would anyone develop this, making money?? practice??
Why model them when you can do this?
do everyone a and yourself a favour and just speak in videos
that shit is not worth 12 dollars
Did something happen?
of course it is
