Hello, if USB4 is displayed in the device manager, it means the driver is installed.

Have you tried right clicking the install file and clicking the "Run as Administrator" or something like that

@@victorlgarcia sorry, no ideas so far. what does it say? or is there no such option at all? if so, maybe your windows user account doesnt have admin privileges. i'd google something like "cant run file as administrator" or "run as administrator option missing", literally just describe your situation to google
